HEL V2 Solid Billet 4-Piston Radial Calipers (100mm / 108mm / 130mm Flat Back)

R 18,999.00 ZAR

The HEL Performance V2 Solid Billet 4-Piston Front Radial Brake Calipers are engineered for riders who demand race-grade stopping power, superior lever feel, and precision CNC craftsmanship. Built entirely in the UK from solid 6082-T6 aluminium billet, each caliper is designed to deliver the ultimate combination of strength, heat stability, and hydraulic efficiency — whether you’re attacking corners on track or refining your road setup.

The V2 series represents HEL’s latest generation of braking innovation, improving on the original V1 with a revised body design, improved fluid routing, and the option of flat-back or finned-back housings to suit various builds and clearance requirements.

Performance Engineering

Every HEL V2 caliper is CNC-machined from a single solid billet block, ensuring minimal flex under load and consistent brake modulation at high temperatures. The four-piston layout provides even pad pressure across the rotor, improving braking efficiency and control.

Each caliper features stainless-steel pistons, low-profile bleed ports, and a five-bolt assembly system, reducing unsprung weight while maintaining exceptional structural rigidity. The internal fluid channels are precision-milled for faster pressure response and consistent feel at the lever, lap after lap.

Mounting Options Explained

The HEL V2 range is available in three distinct mounting sizes to suit different motorcycle platforms and front-end geometries:

  • 100mm Mounting (European Fitment)
Commonly used on Ducati, Aprilia, and KTM sportbikes, the 100mm version offers a direct fit for many European fork setups, providing light weight and fast pressure response — ideal for aggressive track riders or performance street builds.

  • 108mm Mounting (Japanese Fitment)
Standard on most Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Honda superbikes, the 108mm variant delivers the same billet-machined performance with a wider stance, perfect for heavier bikes or upgraded front ends with larger rotors.

  • 130mm Mounting (Flat-Back Version)
The 130mm Flat-Back Caliper caters to custom and high-power builds where additional clearance or unique fork geometries are required. The flat-back design offers improved fitment versatility and a sleek aesthetic for bespoke projects or performance conversions.

All options are fully interchangeable with standard radial mounts and accept standard 32mm pads for easy maintenance and serviceability.
