Choosing the Right Specification

When selecting your HEL V2, two critical choices must be made — the piston bore size (which influences hydraulic pressure and lever feel) and the handlebar clamp/bar diameter (which ensures fitment to your bike’s bars):

• 16 mm Bore – Ideal for smaller bikes, single-disc front brake setups, or clutch systems. Offers greater lever travel, softer feel, and increased modulation. 

• 19 mm Bore – Engineered for twin-disc front calipers or high­performance motorcycles. Delivers firmer lever feel, quicker bite and stronger brake response. 

• 22 mm Clamp (7/8″ bars) – Suits the majority of sportbikes, naked bikes, and custom builds with standard handlebar diameter. (Standard)

• 25 mm Clamp (1″ bars) – Designed for cruisers, tourers, or bikes with 1″ handlebars (such as many Harleys) offering perfect fitment without compromise. (Custom Order)
